TERMS & CONDITIONS UNDER OUR ROOF

1. Items are sold at a first come first serve basis

2. There will be no reservations, kindly email us at edysroof@gmail.com for time extension.

3. Colour may differ due to lighting effect.

4. Pieces will only be dispatched once full payment is made and we reserve the rights to reject insufficient payments.

5. We are not responsible for items which are lost or damaged during delivery.

6. Only for serious buyers. No back outs after confirmation or else you will be blacklist.

6. No refunds or exchanges.

7. If you’re making a cash deposit payment and have to bank-in a round figure, we will return your change via cash or online transfer.

8. We will not be responsible for any loss or damaged goods during shipping process.

9. Currently no Cash on Delivery.

10. We have the right to change or alter these terms and conditions without prior notice.

2^nd Roof

Wait for our reply on the availability of the item(s).

If available, quotation together with banking details and next steps will be provided.

You will be given 48 hours to respond/bank in via internet banking or cash deposit. If you suddenly disappear we will blacklist you.

3^rd Roof

We are using POS LAJU MALAYSIA.

Your parcel will be sent out on the informed date, normally within 1-3 working days after payment received.

Tracking number will be advised and kindly track your order at http://www.pos.com.my/pos/homepage.aspx
